Cloud Offering

ProImage offers all its products as cloud services. The NewsWayX Coretex technology offers fast web access, an HTML5-based interface, and optimized communications with on-premise CTP and editorial systems. It was designed with its cloud implementation in mind. A few hundred customers are already using our cloud solution for OnColor and OnColor ECO and are starting to also use our complete NewsWayX workflow solution in the Cloud.

Main Benefits

• 1. Flexible Pricing Structure

  We offer two pricing models:

  • A yearly contract

    The customer estimates in advance the volume of file processing, ink-saving plate production and the required storage. The payment is based on usage, with a discount for volume commitment.

  • Pay as you go

    There is no yearly commitment. You purchase in advance a credit for the number of files that you want to process, and you can use this credit whenever you need it.

• 2. Easy-scalable Resources

  We assign to your workflow all the required resources (RIP, Preflight, Imposition, Ink Save etc..) to get your production out on time. If you need to scale up, it is as easy as calling us.

• 3. Redundant Server Environment

  A backup (redundant) server is configured as a replica of the active server. In the event of an active server failure, the failover procedure is automatically initiated, allowing for minimal downtime.

• 4. High Uptime and Availability

  We have high uptime built into our cloud structure. Our system and your workflow can run on multiple physical servers in the cloud and can be dynamically transferred from one physical server to the other in case of a problem.

• 5. Speedy Server Setup Process

  Any cloud workflow can be deployed in record time.

• 6. Security

  All communications to and from the cloud are encrypted. The servers are located in an encapsulated cloud environment and your environment is completely isolated and secured with an encrypted password.

• 7. Secure access from office and home

  User access from home and office is encrypted and password protected, and the system keeps logs on all access activities.

• 8. Complementary reports on all activities

  By using the ViewFlow360 ProImage cloud monitoring and reporting system, you can get a full picture of your workflow activities. You also receive daily reports and email notifications regarding abnormal behavior and errors.
